公司简介

山东工业陶瓷研究设计院有限公司（简称“山东工陶院”）成立于1971年，是一家工业陶瓷专业科研院所，隶属于中国建材集团。2004年，与中材人工晶体研究院重组成立中材高新材料股份有限公司。

山东工陶院是国家工业陶瓷工程技术研究中心批建单位、国际精细陶瓷技术委员会（ISO/TC 206）国内技术归口单位、全国工业陶瓷标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC 194）依托单位。

山东工陶院的微晶耐磨氧化铝陶瓷生产线始建于1993年，是国内首家规模化生产氧化铝陶瓷研磨介质的企业，拥有年产能4万余吨， 60%产品远销欧美、东南亚、非洲、美洲、大洋洲等50多个国家和地区，是全球知名的生产制造商、服务商。

山东工陶院通过SGS公司认证ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系、ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系，是《耐磨氧化铝球》、《耐磨氧化铝衬砖》行业标准的制定者，产品先后获得国家建材局“科技进步奖”，国家级“重点新产品”等多项殊荣。

SHANDONG RESEARCH AND DESIGN INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL CERAMICS CO.,LTD. (referred to as "Shandong Industrial Ceramics Institute") was established in 1971. It is a professional scientific research institute for industrial ceramics and is affiliated with China National Building Materials Group.  In 2004, our institute and Artificial Crystal Research Institute reorganized to establish Sinoma   Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.

Shandong Institute of Industrial Ceramics is the International & national platform supporting and affiliated units for the International Organization for Standardization ISO/TC206, the National Industrial Ceramics Engineering and Technology Research Center,and National Technical Committee for Industrial Ceramics.

Being the first enterprise in China to produce large-scale alumina ceramic grinding media,our institute   founded the production line in 1993 ,now with an annual production capacity of more than 40,000 tons. As a world renowned manufacturer and service provider,over 60% of Our institute’s products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions including Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, America,Oceania,etc.

Our institute is the industry standard setter for the Wear-resistance Alumina balls and Wear- resistance Alumina Lining Bricks. We have acquired the certificates of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 which are certified by the SGS. Meanwhile,our institute has won "Science and Technology Progress Award" , "International New Product" and many other awards from the National Building Materials Bureau.
