The Hybrid solution has been designed to optimize production costs; in this patented technology, dry grinding and wet grinding coexist.

LB Hybrid ensures maximum flexibility, adapting to every manufacturer’s need with the final aim of energy savings and sustainability.

The powder obtained from dry grinding is homogenised with the slip obtained from wet grinding to obtain a micro-granulate.

The Hybrid technology allows optimizing production spaces and significantly reduces the overall dimensions, especially in height, compared to standard plants.

Easy Color Boost represents the evolution of the current dry colouring process. The R&D activity of LB to improve the technical and technological aspects of the dry colouring process allowed to create a “bridge” between the traditional and consolidated technology already patented by LB and the new system, also covered by patent.

This innovative colouring method, reducing and optimizing the cycles and timing of colouring/mixing and washing, allows eliminating the defects of the currently used systems; ECB allows a better distribution of the colouring oxide and a better homogenization of the finished product in case of various pigments colouring.

The NATURÆ technology is the result of the ceramic market’s need to create slabs with full body aesthetic effects typical of natural stone, i.e. characterised by the presence of passing veins of different size, angle and appearance throughout the entire mass of the manufactured product.

This new LB technology makes it possible to create the natural effect through the deposition of different materials: dry, wet and hybrid mass-coloured spray-dried products, small flakes and other materials for aesthetic effects.

The aesthetic effect created in this way is passing through, i.e. visible both on the edge and inside the ceramic artefact, throughout its entire thickness.

The new MULTIPURPOSE kit is a versatile and compact technological solution, ideal for ceramic companies that want to optimize production and obtain multiple, exclusive and high-quality aesthetic effects.

With its ease of use and compatibility with different types of presses, this kit is a cutting-edge and convenient choice for the production of double-charge large slabs.
